‘Where the Community market is disturbed or is liable to be disturbed by inward processing arrangements, the Commission may, at the request of a Member State or on its own initiative, fully or partially suspend the use of inward processing arrangements for the products of the cereals, rice, sugar, olive oil and table olives, fruit and vegetables, processed fruit and vegetables, wine, beef and veal, milk and milk products, pigmeat, sheepmeat and goatmeat, eggs, poultrymeat and agricultural ethyl alcohol sectors.
„Wenn der Gemeinschaftsmarkt durch den aktiven Veredelungsverkehr gestört wird oder gestört zu werden droht, kann die Kommission auf Antrag eines Mitgliedstaats oder von sich aus die Inanspruchnahme des aktiven Veredelungsverkehrs für die Erzeugnisse der Sektoren Getreide, Reis, Zucker, Olivenöl und Tafeloliven, Obst und Gemüse, Verarbeitungserzeugnisse aus Obst und Gemüse, Wein, Rindfleisch, Milch und Milcherzeugnisse, Schweinefleisch, Schaf- und Ziegenfleisch, Eier, Geflügelfleisch und Ethylalkohol landwirtschaftlichen Ursprungs ganz oder teilweise aussetzen.
