Emphasises that the Union’s strength and relevance lie in its ability to mobilise resources and bring into play simultaneously a wide range of diplomatic, security, defence, economic, trade, development and humanitarian instruments, and in full compliance with the provisions of the United Nations Charter; underscores the fact that the CSDP military and civil instruments are integral components of this comprehensive approach;
4. unterstreicht, dass die Stärke und Bedeutung der Union in ihrer Fähigkeit liegen, Ressourcen zu mobilisieren und gleichzeitig ein großes Spektrum an diplomatischen, sicherheits-, verteidigungs-, wirtschafts-, handels- und entwicklungspolitischen sowie humanitären Instrumenten unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen der Charta der Vereinten Nationen aufzubieten; betont, dass die militärischen und zivilen Instrumente der GSVP integrale Bestandteile dieser umfassenden Herangehensweise darstellen;
