. Heading No 59.11 applies to the following goods, which do not fall in any other heading of Section XI: (a) Textile products in the piece, cut to length or simply
cut to rectangular (including square) shape (other than those having the character of the products of headings Nos 59.08 to 59.10), the following only: (i) Textile fabrics, felt and felt-lined woven fabrics, coated, covered or laminated with rubber, leather or other material, of a
kind used for card clothing, and simi ...[+++]lar fabrics of a kind used for other technical purposes;

Zu Position 59.11, und nicht zu anderen Positionen des Abschnitts XI, gehören die folgenden Waren: a) Die nachstehend erschöpfend aufgeführten Erzeugnisse aus Spinnstoffen, als Meterware, auf Länge geschnitten oder nur quadratisch oder rechteckig zugeschnitten (ausgenommen Waren der Positionen 59.08 bis 59.10): - Gewebe, Filze oder mit Filz belegte Gewebe, in Verbindung mit einer Lage oder mehreren Lagen aus Kautschuk, Leder oder anderen Stoffen, von der zum Herstellen von Kratzengarnituren verwendeten Art, sowie ähnliche Erzeugnisse zu anderen technischen Zwecken;
