shares offered, allotted or to be allotted free of charge to existing shareholders, and dividends paid out in the form of shares of the same class as the shares in respect of which such dividends are paid, provided that the said shares are of the same class as the shares already admitted to trading on the same regulated market and that a document is made available containing information on the number and nature of the shares and the reasons for and details of the offer or allotment.
Aktien, die den vorhandenen Aktieninhabern unentgeltlich angeboten oder zugeteilt werden bzw. zugeteilt werden sollen, sowie Dividenden in Form von Aktien derselben Gattung wie die Aktien, für die die Dividenden ausgeschüttet werden, sofern es sich dabei um Aktien derselben Gattung handelt wie die Aktien, die bereits zum Handel am selben geregelten Markt zugelassen sind, und sofern ein Dokument zur Verfügung gestellt wird, das Informationen über Anzahl und Art der Aktien enthält und in dem die Gründe und Einzelheiten des Angebots oder der Zuteilung dargelegt werden.
