The Commission has not yet taken any decision on another measure notified by the Federal Government, namely the exemption of certain gas and steam turbine power plants from mineral oil tax, as it has not yet completed examination of the measure notified.
Noch keine Entscheidung hat die Kommission über die ebenfalls von der Bundesregierung angemeldete Freistellung bestimmter Gas- und Dampfturbinenanlagen von der Mineralölsteuer getroffen, weil die Prüfung dieser angemeldeten Maßnahme noch nicht abgeschlossen ist.
