The product concerned is the same as in the investigation which lead to the imposition of the existing measures (‘the previous investigation’), i.e. iron or steel ropes and cables, including locked coil ropes, excluding ropes and cables of stainless steel, with a maximum cross-sectional dimension exceeding 3 mm, with fittings attached or not (‘steel wire ropes’ or ‘SWR’), originating in Turkey, currently classifiable within CN codes 7312 10 82, 7312 10 84, 7312 10 86, 7312 10 88 and 7312 10 99.
Bei der betroffenen Ware handelt es sich wie in der Untersuchung, die zu der Einführung der geltenden Maßnahmen führte (nachstehend „vorausgegangene Untersuchung“ genannt), um Kabel und Seile aus Stahl, einschließlich verschlossener Seile, ausgenommen Kabel und Seile aus nicht rostendem Stahl, mit einer größten Querschnittsabmessung von mehr als 3 mm, auch ausgerüstet (nachstehend „SWR“ genannt), mit Ursprung in der Türkei, die derzeit den KN-Codes 7312 10 82, 7312 10 84, 7312 10 86, 7312 10 88 und 7312 10 99 zugewiesen werden.
