4. Trainees, volunteers, and au pairs, when they are not considered to be in an employment relationship in the Member State concerned, and school pupils shall be entitled to equal treatment in relation to access to goods and services and the supply of goods and services made available to the public, as provided for by national law, as well as, where applicable, in relation to recognition of diplomas, certificates and other professional qualifications in accordance with the relevant national procedures.
(4) Praktikanten, Freiwillige und Au-pair-Kräfte, sofern sie in dem betreffenden Mitgliedstaat als nicht in einem Beschäftigungsverhältnis stehend betrachtet werden, sowie Schüler haben Anspruch auf Gleichbehandlung gemäß dem nationalen Recht in Bezug auf den Zugang zu Waren und Dienstleistungen und zur Versorgung mit Waren und Dienstleistungen für die Öffentlichkeit, sowie gegebenenfalls in Bezug auf die Anerkennung von Diplomen, Zertifikaten und sonstigen Berufsqualifikationsnachweisen gemäß den einschlägigen nationalen Verfahren.
