3 - recognises the vital role of the development of new infrastructures and transport corridors , diversifying suppliers and routes such as the Nabucco, the Trans-Caspian gas pipeline (TCP), the Turkey-Greece-Italy Interconnector (TGI), the White Stream, the INOGATE (Interstate Oil and Gas Transport to Europe) and TRACECA (Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia), projects connecting the Caspian Sea and Black Sea regions through or from the South Caucasus as also referred to in the communication on the ‘Second Strategic Energy Review’;
3 - hält es für außerordentlich wichtig, neue Infrastrukturen und Verkehrskorridore zu entwickeln, um Versorger und Strecken zu diversifizieren, wie zum Beispiel die Nabucco-Pipeline, die transkaspische Pipeline, die Verbindung Türkei-Griechenland-Italien, die „White Stream-Pipeline“, INOGATE (Leitungssystem für den Transport von Öl und Gas nach Europa) und TRACECA (Verkehrskorridor Europa –Kaukasus – Zentralasien), Projekte, die das Kaspische Meer und die Schwarzmeerregion durch den oder aus dem Südkaukasus verbinden, wie dies auch in der Mitteilung über die „zweite Überprüfung der Energiestrategie“ erwähnt wird;
