The Commission has analysed in depth the Community interest aspects of the case, namely the costs and benefits of any anti-dumping measure on all the economic operators concerned. These include the EU industry producing unbleached cotton fabrics (weavers), the upstream industry (spinners) and the downstream industry (including both finishers and makers-up).
Im Zuge der Untersuchung prüfte die Kommission eingehend das Interesse der Gemeinschaft insgesamt und analysierte dazu die Vor- und Nachteile, die die Einführung von Antidumpingmaßnahmen auf die betroffenen Parteien haben dürfte, u.z. auf den Wirtschaftszweig der Gemeinschaft, der rohe Baumwollgewebe herstellt (Webereien), auf die vorgelagerte Industrie (Garnhersteller) und die nachgelagerte Industrie (Veredelungsunternehmen und Konfektionshersteller).
