If it were to happen, as has happened on rare occasions, that the actual ownership of a particular reserve is disputed by two different First Nations, then obviously that land will not be a good candidate for this registry, because the whole idea behind the registry is to give certainty of title to improve property values, and they will not have that certainty if the land is subject to a dispute.
