Leduc, de la Cour provinciale de l'Alberta, en réponse au deuxième argument, portant sur la connaissance par l'accusé du fait que le Tylenol 4 contient un médicament contrôlé, la Couronne a fait valoir que l'accusé savait qu'il n'avait pas d'ordonnance à son nom et que, s'il lui fallait un médicament, il devait l'obtenir d'un médecin.
From the case of R. v. Leduc in the Provincial Court of Alberta, at paragraph 28, in response to the second argument as to the knowledge of the accused that Tylenol 4 contains a controlled substance, the Crown stated that the accused knew that he did not have a prescription in his own name, and that if he needs medication, he must obtain it from a doctor.
