On wine production, the accord respects the decision of the 2006 wine reform to end the system of wine planting rights at the end of 2015, with the introduction of a system of authorisations for new vine planting from 2016 – as recommended by the High Level Group on Wine last December (see IP/13/1378) – with growth limited to 1% per year.
Pour ce qui est de la production vinicole, l'accord est conforme à la réforme du secteur vitivinicole décidée en 2006 qui prévoit l'expiration du système des droits de plantation de vigne à la fin de l'année 2015, avec l'introduction d'un système d'autorisations pour les nouvelles plantations à compter de 2016, conformément aux recommandations du groupe à haut niveau sur le vin de décembre dernier (voir l'IP/13/1378), assorti d'une limite de production de 1 % par an.
