‚Teile und Ausrüstungen‘ ein Instrument, eine Vorrichtung, einen Mechanismus, ein Teil, ein Gerät, eine Armatur, eine Software oder ein Zubehörteil, einschließlich Kommunikationseinrichtungen, der/die/das für den Betrieb oder die Kontrolle eines Luftfahrzeugs im Flugbetrieb verwendet wird oder verwendet werden soll; dazu gehören auch Teile einer Flugzeugzelle, eines Motors oder eines Propellers, Vorrichtungen zur Steuerung des Luftfahrzeugs vom Boden aus; “
“parts and appliances” shall mean any instrument, equipment, mechanism, part, apparatus, appurtenance, software or accessory, including communications equipment, that is used or intended to be used in operating or controlling an aircraft in flight; it shall include parts of an airframe, engine or propeller, or equipment used to manoeuvre the aircraft from the ground; ’;
