Projekte an Schulen); fordert ferner die Einführung eines Mechanismus für eine gezielte Absatzförderung, mit dem Anreize für den Verzehr derjenigen Erzeugnisse gegeben werden können, bei denen sich infolge von Produktionsüberschüssen eine Krise abzeichnet; fordert außerdem, dass bei Werbekampagnen neueste ernährungswissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse berücksichtigt werden und dass demnach besonders der Verzehr von nicht oder gering verarbeitetem Obst und Gemüse beworben wird; hierbei sollte speziell auf Produkte aus biologischem Landbau sowie auf regionale und lokale Obst- und Gemüsesorten zur Stärkung der Artenvielfalt hingewiesen werden; 38.
