weist darauf hin, dass das Europäische Parlament durch seine Kontakte zu den nationalen Parlamenten (Konferenz der Vorsitzenden der auswärtigen Ausschüsse, Konferenz der Vorsitzenden der Verteidigungsausschüsse, Parlamentarische Versammlung der NATO) und durch die Umsetzung des dem Vertrag von Lissabon beigefügten Protokolls über die Rolle der nationalen Parlamente die legitime Institution auf europäischer Ebene ist, die für die Rechenschaftspflicht im ESVP-Bereich, sowie für die parlamentarische Überwachung und Kontrolle der ESVP zuständig sein sollte;
Points out that the European Parliament, through its contacts with the national parliaments (Conference of Foreign Affairs Committee Chairs, Conference of Defence Committee Chairs, NATO Parliamentary Assembly) and through the future implementation of the Protocol to the Lisbon Treaty on the role of national parliaments, is the legitimate body at European level in which parliamentary scrutiny, monitoring and control of ESDP should take place;
