Für manche Zielorte in Deutschland ist der Kilometerpreis zwar niedriger ab Rotterdam als ab Hamburg, aber es sind dann Orte, die näher an Hamburg liegen, so daß Hamburg immer noch billiger kommt. Der günstige Kilometertarif ab Rotterdam bleibt also ohne Wirkung.
