Der Markt für Zahlungsvorgänge unterliegt einem raschen Wandel. Der Verfasser der Stellungnahme ist daher der Meinung, dass die Überprüfungsklausel in Artikel 16 verkürzt werden sollte, um der Kommission und gegebenenfalls den Rechtsetzungsinstanzen eine zeitnahe Auswertung der Anwendung dieser Verordnung zu ermöglichen, bei welcher neue Entwicklungen am Markt sowie der Umfang neuer Anbieter und neu verfügbarer Technologien berücksichtigt werden.
The market of payment transactions undergoes rapid changes, therefore the Rapporteur believes the review clause of article 16 should be shortened to allow to the Commission, and, if appropriate, to legislators a timely examination of the application of this Regulation taking into account new market developments, the level of entry of new players and newly accessible technologies.
