„GRUNDSTÜCKE“; diese Kostenart bezieht sich allein auf den Bau von Immobilien, die Gegenstand eines Leasingvertrags sind. Diese Grundstücke dürfen die Fläche der entsprechenden Immobilie (in qm) um höchstens 30 % übersteigen, und ihr Wert darf höchstens 10 % der Summe der unter „Maurerarbeiten“ und „Allgemeine Anlagen“ aufgeführten entsprechenden beihilfefähigen Kosten betragen;
