Angesichts der oben dargestellten Sachlage und insbesondere angesichts des Maßes an Rentabilität, das von der damals detailliert untersuchten zweiten und dritten Säule der Geschäftstätigkeit von SACE BT erwartet werden konnte, kann geschlussfolgert werden, dass die Erwartung einer angemessenen Rendite aus der anfänglichen Kapitalinvestition, d. h. aus der ersten Maßnahme, realistisch war und den Marktpraktiken entsprach.
Given all the circumstances listed above and notably the level of profitability that could be expected from the second and the third pillars of business of SACE BT, which was explored in detail at the time, it can be concluded that an expectation to reach an adequate return from the initial capital investment, i.e. from the first measure, was realistic and in line with market practices.
