Ein Kreditvertrag über einen Finanzierungskredit, Händlerkredit oder Ratenkredit für eine zu finanzierende Sache im Wert von 2 500 € sieht die Leistung einer Anzahlung von 500 € und daran anschließend von 24 monatlichen Tilgungsraten à 100 € vor. Die erste monatliche Tilgungszahlung ist binnen 20 Tagen nach Übergabe der Sache zu leisten.
