1. weist darauf hin, dass die Wirtschaftspolitik im Hinblick auf die in Artikel 9 AEUV festgelegten Ziele nicht isoliert von der Sozialpolitik betrachtet werden darf, und betont daher, dass es dringend notwendig ist, die europäische sozialpolitische Steuerung – auf ähnliche Weise wie bei der Einführung der wirtschaftspolitischen Steuerung – zu verbessern, indem Instrumente geschaffen werden, mit denen dem Grundsatz der Subsidiarität Rechnung getragen wird;

Recalls that in order to meet the objectives set out in Article 9 TFEU, economic policy cannot be considered in isolation from social policy, and therefore underlines the urgent need to improve European social governance, in a way comparable to the establishment of European economic governance, by creating tools that take into account the principle of subsidiarity;
