(b) an amount equal to 80 % of the total shall be advanced as soon as the tobacco comes under supervision ; the balance shall be paid as soon as the right to the premium accrues, on condition that a deposit of the same amount is lodged in the form of a guarantee meeting criteria fixed by each Member State.
b) Ein Betrag in Höhe von 80 v.H. des Gesamtbetrags wird als Vorschuß gezahlt, wenn der Tabak der Kontrolle unterworfen wird. Der Restbetrag wird bei Entstehung des Prämienanspruchs gezahlt, sofern eine Kaution in gleicher Höhe in Form einer Garantie gestellt wird, die den von jedem Mitgliedstaat festgesetzten Voraussetzungen entspricht.
