(111) In the case of sale by tender or public sale for use as fuel, since physical removal and processing of the alcohol must take place over a period of several years, the price per hectolitre of alcohol at 100 % vol. offered by the successful tenderer should be adjusted every three months by applying a coefficient indicated in the relevant notice of invitation to tender, so that the prices to be paid for the alcohol awarded more closely follow the fluctuation of fuel prices on international markets.
(111) Im Falle einer Ausschreibung oder einer öffentlichen Versteigerung zur Verwendung als Kraftstoff, die materielle Übernahmen und Verarbeitungen über mehrere Jahre erfordert, empfiehlt es sich, den vom Bieter gebotenen Preis je Hektoliter Alkohol von 100 % vol jeden dritten Monat durch Anwendung eines in der betreffenden Ausschreibungsbekanntmachung bezeichneten Koeffizienten zu berichtigen, damit für den zugeschlagenen Alkohol Preise gezahlt werden, die den Schwankungen der Weltmarktpreise für Kraftstoffe besser gerecht werden.
