– having regard to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the additional protocols thereto, the Geneva Protocol (to the Hague Convention) for the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or other Gases, and of Bacteriological Methods of Warfare, signed in Geneva on 17 June 1925, and the standards set forth in the Chemical Weapons Convention,
– unter Hinweis auf die Genfer Konvention von 1949 und ihre Zusatzprotokolle, auf das Genfer Protokoll (zum Haager Übereinkommen) über das Verbot der Verwendung von erstickenden, giftigen oder ähnlichen Gasen sowie von bakteriologischen Mitteln im Kriege, das am 17. Juni 1925 in Genf unterzeichnet wurde, und auf die im Chemiewaffenübereinkommen festgelegten Normen,
