K. whereas recent cases of fraud include, for example, the marketing of horsemeat as beef and the marketing of the meat from horses treated with phenylbutazone as edible horse meat, the marketing of ordinary flour as organic flour, of battery cage eggs as organic eggs, of road salt as food salt, the use of methanol-contaminated alcohol in spirits, the use of dioxin-contaminated fats in animal feed production and the mislabelling of fish species and seafood products;
K. in der Erwägung, dass zu den jüngsten Betrugsfällen die Vermarktung von Pferde- als Rindfleisch, die Vermarktung von mit Phenylbutazon behandeltem Pferdefleisch als essbares Pferdefleisch, die Vermarktung von gewöhnlichem Mehl als Bio-Mehl, von Eiern aus Käfighaltung als Bio-Eier und von Straßensalz als Speisesalz, die Verwendung von mit Methanol verunreinigtem Alkohol in Spirituosen, die Verwendung von mit Dioxin verunreinigten Fetten in der Tierfutterproduktion und die falsche Kennzeichnung von Fischarten und Meeresfrüchteprodukten zählen;
