In any event, it does not fall to the Council, in its capacity as a legislative body, to judge whether the case of United Biscuits, a multinational company, and the Fontaneda biscuits factory would be covered by these Directives or corresponding national legislation, nor if they have failed to respect the social rights of workers in this case.
Auf jeden Fall steht es dem Rat in seiner Eigenschaft als Gesetzgebungsorgan nicht zu, darüber zu urteilen, ob das multinationale Unternehmen United Biscuits und die Keksfabrik Fontaneda zum Geltungsbereich dieser Richtlinien und der entsprechenden nationalen Gesetzgebungen gehören oder ob in dem uns beschäftigenden Fall die sozialen Rechte der Arbeitnehmer nicht eingehalten wurden.
