Es ist für jedermann sehr schwer zu verstehen, welche Botschaft die Kommission damit geben will, abgesehen davon, daß es eine gute Nachricht für Kartenschwarzhändler und eine schlechte für Fußballfans ist, wenn man den Eindruck erweckt, daß man bei Rechtsbruch ungeschoren davonkommen kann, sofern man bereit ist, der Europäischen Kommission im nachhinein etwas Kleingeld hinterherzuwerfen. Darf ich Sie also bitten, die Kommission aufzufordern, am Ende der heutigen Beratungen jenen Beschluß zu erläutern, damit normale Menschen wirklich die Gedankengänge besser verstehen, die für mich, das muß ich sagen, vollkommen verblüffend sind.
