SMEs will devise common cross-border products and services with a clear cross-border identity.

This programme lays down measures aimed at promoting cross-border cooperation in the following spheres: - support for economic and technological development; - protection of the environment; - making the most of touristic assets; - definition of common cross-border policies ( transport, town planning); - promotion of social policies and shared training schemes.
