The agreement negotiated will specify the scope of the agreement, the composition, number of members and allocation of seats on the employees' representative body, the functions and procedure for the information and consultation of workers, the frequency of meetings of the representative body, the financial and material resources to be available to that body, and if need be the arrangements for participation, as well as the date of entry into force of the agreement and its duration.
In der ausgehandelten Vereinbarung werden insbesondere ihr Geltungsbereich, die Zusammensetzung des Vertretungsorgans, die Zahl seiner Mitglieder und die Sitzverteilung in der Arbeitnehmervertretung, die Befugnisse und das Verfahren zur Unterrichtung und Anhörung der Arbeitnehmer, die Häufigkeit der Sitzungen des Organs der Arbeitnehmervertretung, die ihm zur Verfügung stehenden finanziellen und materiellen Mittel sowie gegebenenfalls die Modalitäten der Beteiligung sowie der Termin für das Inkrafttreten und die Laufzeit der Vereinbarung festgesetzt.
