acting in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 22, take a decision in respect of the date of effective enforcement of the provisions of Article 9(1), or as appropriate, the prohibition on the feeding of mammalian protein to ruminants in each country or region thereof placed in Category 2 or 3, and allow the provisions of Article 8 to be confined to animals which were born before that date in those countries or regions; !EMPHASBIU; !EEMPHASBIU;
nach dem Verfahren des Artikels 22 den Zeitpunkt für die tatsächliche Durchsetzung der Bestimmungen des Artikels 9 Absatz 1 festsetzen oder gegebenenfalls das Verbot der Verfütterung von Säugerprotein an Wiederkäuer in Ländern oder Teilen von Ländern der Statusklassen 2 oder 3 beschließen, und zulassen, daß die Bestimmungen des Artikels 8 auf Tiere beschränkt werden, die vor diesem Zeitpunkt in den betreffenden Ländern oder Teilen von Ländern geboren wurden;
