3. Where a medium or high impact level is attributed to an external border section which is adjacent to the border section of another Member State or of a country with which agreements or regional networks, as referred to in Articles 19 and 20, are in place, the national coordination centre shall contact the national coordination centre of the neighbouring Member State or the competent authority of the neighbouring country and shall endeavour to coordinate the necessary cross-border measures.
(3) Wird einem an einen Grenzabschnitt eines anderen Mitgliedstaats oder eines Landes, mit dem Übereinkünfte oder regionale Netze nach den Artikeln 19 und 20 bestehen, angrenzenden Außengrenzabschnitt ein mittleres oder hohes Risiko („medium impact level“ oder „high impact level“) zugeordnet, so nimmt das nationale Koordinierungszentrum Verbindung zu dem nationalen Koordinierungszentrum des benachbarten Mitgliedstaats oder der zuständigen Behörde des benachbarten Landes auf und bemüht sich um Koordinierung der erforderlichen grenzüberschreitenden Maßnahmen.
