In order to address the need for genuine transparency with regard to the allocation of public funds, it is only fair that investors in, and the management of, companies with a legal form other than that of a sole proprietorship should not be allowed to conceal their identity behind the name of the company and that, as in the case of farmers running family farms, their forenames and surnames should be given.
Um dem Anspruch echter Transparenz bei der Vergabe öffentlicher Mittel gerecht zu werden, ist es nur fair, wenn auch die Kapitalgeber und verantwortlich Handelnden von Unternehmen außerhalb der Rechtsform der Einzelunternehmung ihre Identität nicht hinter Firmennamen verbergen, sondern auch, wie die Betriebsleiter von landwirtschaftlichen Familienbetrieben, mit Vor- und Zunamen genannt sind.
