irrigation methods, credit and extension work; (ii) strengthening basic infrastructure - particularly in the health sector - and improving communications and access to drinking water; (iii) environmental protection,
by measures to halt deforestation, introduction of agro-forestry and soil conservation methods, and the development of systems designed to promote fuel saving;
