Furthermore, the EIB Board of Directors, where the Commission is represented by a Director and an alternate Director, approves each EIB financing and investment operation and monitors that the EIB is managed in accordance with its Statute and with the general directives laid down by the Board of Governors.
Der Verwaltungsrat der EIB, in dem die Kommission durch einen Direktor und dessen Stellvertreter vertreten ist, billigt jede einzelne Finanzierung oder -Investition der EIB und trägt dafür Sorge, dass die EIB im Einklang mit ihrer Satzung und mit den vom Rat der Gouverneure festgelegten allgemeinen Leitlinien verwaltet wird.
