E. whereas the victim's lawyer, Abdul Rahman Al-Lahem, has been banned from the courtroom and from any future representation of his client after attempts to take legal action against the Ministry of Justice for failing to provide him with a copy of the verdict concerning his client so that he could prepare an appeal; whereas Mr Al-Lahem now faces a disciplinary hearing at the Ministry of Justice, where sanctions can include suspension for three years and disbarment;
E. in der Erwägung, dass der Anwalt des Opfers, Abdul Rahman Al-Lahem, des Gerichtssaals verwiesen und ihm die zukünftige Vertretung seiner Mandantin vor Gericht untersagt wurde, nachdem er versucht hatte, rechtliche Schritte gegen das Justizministerium einzuleiten, das ihm eine Abschrift des Urteils verweigert hatte, weswegen er keine Berufung einlegen konnte, in der Erwägung, dass Herrn Al-Lahem nun ein Disziplinarverfahren im Justizministerium droht, das Sanktionen wie etwa ein dreijähriges Berufsverbot und eine Streichung von der Anwaltsliste zur Folge haben kann;
