Taken together, the zones cover fares ranging from 30% to 105% of the reference fare. For fares exceeding 105% of the reference fare, the double disapproval system applies (The fare can be authorized if just one Member State approves it). Below 30% of the reference fare, the system of double approval applies as to fares which fall within the zones but which do not comply with the con- ditions attaching to those zones.
Saemtliche Zonen umfassen Tarife zwischen 30% und 105% des Bezugstarifs ueber 105% gilt das System der doppelten Ablehnung (es genuegt die Zustimmung eines Mitgliedstaats, damit der Tarif genehmigt wird) Unter 30% des Bezugstarifs gilt die Regelung der doppelten Genehmigung ebenso wie fuer die Tarife innerhalb der Zonen, die jedoch nicht die mit diesen Zonen verknuepften Bedingungen einhalten.
