Calls on the EU and the Member States to develop a European programme for the monitoring of occupational hazards (in particular musculoskeletal and psychosocial problems), based on health indicators, definitions and epidemiological tools common to the 27 Member States; stresses the need for an integrated approach to monitoring, taking into account both the career paths of current employees and the state of health of those who have retired;
29. fordert die Europäische Union und die Mitgliedstaaten auf, ein europäisches Programm zur Überwachung berufsbedingter Gesundheitsrisiken (insbesondere Erkrankungen des Bewegungsapparates und psychosoziale Probleme) auf der Grundlage von für die 27 Mitgliedstaaten gemeinsamen Gesundheitsindikatoren, Definitionen und epidemiologischen Instrumenten zu entwickeln; betont, dass ein integrierter Ansatz für die Überwachung benötigt wird, bei dem sowohl der berufliche Werdegang der Arbeitnehmer als auch der Gesundheitszustand von Personen, die sich im Ruhestand befinden, berücksichtigt werden;
