By 31 December 2006, the rate of recovery by an average weight per appliance must be at least 80 % in the case of large domestic appliances and automatic dispensers, 70 % in the case of small domestic appliances, lighting equipment, electrical and electronic tools, toys, leisure and sports equipment and monitoring and control instruments, and 75 % in the case of IT and telecommunications equipment and consumer equipment.
Bis spätestens 31. Dezember 2006 soll die Verwertungsquote im Verhältnis zum durchschnittlichen Gewicht der Geräte auf 80 % für Haushaltsgroßgeräte und automatische Ausgabegeräte, auf 70 % für Haushaltskleingeräte, Beleuchtungskörper, elektrische und elektronische Werkzeuge, Spielzeug, Sport- und Freizeitgeräte sowie für Überwachungs- und Kontrollinstrumente und auf 75 % für IT- und Telekommunikationsgeräte und Geräte der Unterhaltungselektronik steigen.
