Draws attention to the fact that those participating in the innovation process have to deal with different procedures and eligibility criteria both in the various European programmes and between the latter and national programmes; this results in red tape, high costs and a waste of time and opportunities; calls for a joint commitment on the part of the Commission and the Member States to implement a simplification and convergence process in respect of the selection procedures and eligibility criteria used in the European Research and Innovation area;
76. macht darauf aufmerksam, dass die am Innovationsprozess Beteiligten mit Auswahlverfahren und -kriterien konfrontiert sind, die sich sowohl zwischen den einzelnen europäischen Programmen als auch zwischen diesen und den einzelstaatlichen Programmen unterscheiden, was bürokratischen Aufwand, hohe Kosten, Zeitverluste und versäumte Chancen bedeutet; fordert die Kommission und die Mitgliedstaaten auf, sich gemeinsam um eine Vereinfachung und Vereinheitlichung der im Europäischen Raum für Forschung und Innovation verwendeten Auswahlverfahren und -kriterien zu bemühen;
