Calls on the Commission to strengthen, or where necessary re-establish, the systems guaranteeing minimum prices for certain products that are crucial to the survival of millions of people in the developing countries, as in the cases of coffee and cocoa, products for which urgent action has to be taken;
9. fordert die Kommission auf, die Systeme zur Gewährleistung von Mindestpreisen für bestimmte Produkte, die für das Überleben von Millionen von Menschen in den Entwicklungsländern von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind – wie beispielsweise Kaffee und Kakao, für die möglichst rasch Maßnahmen ergriffen werden müssen –, zu verstärken oder gegebenenfalls wiederherzustellen;
