The aid scheme, considered by the Commission to be compatible with the common market, is contained in two regional decrees of the Government of Catalonia and covers three fields: aid for the restructuring of the fishing fleet, for aquaculture, and to encourage sea fisheries (promotion of consumption, training of fishermen, acquisition of statistical equipment for the modernization of inspection systems, etc.).
Diese Beihilfen, die nach Auffassung der Kommission mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar sind, wurden auf der Grundlage zweier Dekrete der katalanischen Regionalregierung in drei Bereichen gewaehrt: Umstrukturierung der Fischereiflotte, Aquakultur und Foerderung des Seefischerei (Verbrauchsfoerderung, Ausbildung der Fischer, Beschaffung statistischen Materials im Hinblick auf die Modernisierung der Kontrollsysteme usw.).
