Zu der Frage, ob die betroffene Person nach der Richtlinie verlangen kann, dass Links zu Internetseiten aus einer solchen Ergebnisliste gelöscht werden, weil sie wünscht, dass die darin über sie enthaltenen Informationen nach einer gewissen Zeit „vergessen“ werden, stellt der Gerichtshof fest, dass die in der Ergebnisliste enthaltenen Informationen und Links gelöscht werden müssen, wenn auf Antrag der betroffenen Person festgestellt wird, dass zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt die Einbeziehung der Links in die Ergebnisliste nicht mit der Richtlinie vereinbar ist.
