1. To the extent necessary to enable the products listed in Article 1(1)(a),(c) and (d) to be exported without further processing or in the form of goods listed in Annex V, on the basis of world market quotations or prices in the case of products listed in Article 1(1)(a), (c) and (d), and within the limits resulting from agreements concluded in accordance with Article 300 of the Treaty, the difference between such quotations or prices and prices in the Community may be covered by export refunds.
(1) Um die Ausfuhr der in Artikel 1 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a), c) und d) aufgeführten Erzeugnisse in unverändertem Zustand oder in Form von in Anhang V genannten Waren auf der Grundlage der Notierungen oder Preise, die auf dem Weltmarkt für in demselben Absatz Buchstaben a) und c) genannte Erzeugnisse gelten, zu ermöglichen, kann der Unterschied zwischen diesen Notierungen oder Preisen und den Preisen in der Gemeinschaft, soweit erforderlich, innerhalb der Grenzen der in Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 300 des Vertrags geschlossenen Abkommen durch eine Erstattung bei der Ausfuhr ausgeglichen werden.
