Emphasises the need for smallholdings to come together to form organisations, producers’ groups or cooperatives and mount joint marketing campaigns; takes the view that all types of smallholder association in the form of cooperatives, producer organisations or the pooling of resources, including machinery, should receive special support under EU and national mechanisms;
17. unterstreicht dabei, dass sich kleine landwirtschaftliche Betriebe in Organisationen, Herstellergruppen oder Genossenschaften zusammenschließen und gemeinsame Marketingprogramme annehmen müssen; ist der Auffassung, dass alle Formen der Kooperationen kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe in Form von Genossenschaften, Erzeugerorganisationen oder der gemeinsamen Nutzung von Betriebsmittel wie Maschinen auf der Ebene der EU und der Mitgliedstaaten besonders gefördert sollten;
