J. in der Erwägung, dass die EFSA in ihrer Stellungnahme vom Februar 2012 der Schlussfolgerung des Anmelders, dass die von ihm zitierte Studie hinreichende Belege dafür liefere, dass die Gefahr durch Mais 1507 für Lepidopteren in der EU, die nicht zur Zielgruppe gehören, vernachlässigbar sei, ausdrücklich widersprochen hat, sondern stattdessen darauf hingewiesen hat, dass der Kontakt mit dem Pollen von Mais 1507 eine Gefahr für hochsensible Schmetterlinge und Motten darstellen könnte, die nicht zur Zielgruppen gehören ;
