Agrees with the Commission that the main atmospheric emissions to be addressed in such a strategy are sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds, particulates, carbon dioxide, and halon, but would like the Commission to also consider including polycyclic aromatics (such as PAH) and heavy metals (e.g. Nickel and Vanadium) among the emissions to be covered by the strategy; (section 1.1)
