Irrespective of whether the place in question or the extent of the area covered by the protection measure is described in the protection measure by one or more specific addresses or by reference to a circumscribed area which the person causing the risk may not approach or enter, respectively (or a combination of the two), the recognition of the obligation imposed by the protection measure relates to the purpose which the place serves for the protected person rather than to the specific address.
Unabhängig davon, ob der fragliche Ort oder die Ausdehnung der Fläche, der/die durch die Schutzmaßnahme erfasst wird, in der Schutzmaßnahme durch eine oder mehrere konkrete Anschriften oder durch Bezugnahme auf ein bestimmtes abgegrenztes Gebiet beschrieben ist, der (denen) sich die gefährdende Person nicht nähern darf bzw. das sie nicht betreten darf (oder eine Kombination aus diesen beiden Kriterien), bezieht sich die Anerkennung der mit der Schutzmaßnahme angeordneten Verpflichtung auf den Zweck, den dieser Ort für die geschützte Person hat, und nicht auf die konkrete Anschrift.
