26. Calls on the Commission to coordinate better with INTERREG the various instruments used for cooperation projects in third countries, namely ISPA, MEDA, PHARE, SAPARD, TACIS and EDF; stresses that this coordination of instruments is a sine qua non for genuine cooperation; again calls on the Commission to consider the establishment of a single Common Fund; calls on the Commission to forward to the European Parliament its report on the measures for improving coordination between INTERREG and the various abovementioned Community instruments before 1 June 2000 at the latest;
26. fordert die Kommissionsdienststellen auf, die verschiedenen Instrumente - ISPA, MEDA, PHARE, SAPARD, TACIS und EEF -, die
in Drittländern für Kooperationsprojekte eingesetzt werden, besser mit INTERREG abzustimmen; weist erneut darauf hin, daß diese Abstimmung der Instrumente eine unverzichtbare Voraussetzung für eine echte Kooperation ist; fordert die Kommission erneut auf, die Schaffung eines einzigen gemeinsamen Fonds zu prüfen; fordert die Kommission auf, ihm vor dem 1. Juni 2000 ihren Bericht über die Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Koordinierung von INTERREG mit den verschiedenen obengenannten Gemeinschaftsinstrumenten vorzu
