...[+++]ease with the accession of Croatia, which would potentially change the comparative redistribution within the pool of funding, and c) with suggested changes to the new Instrument, serving to remove differentiation between countries on the basis of their candidacy status, more countries will be able to access funding – hitherto inaccessible to non-candidate countries – earmarked for policy areas focusing on socio-economic development; recommends, in this context, that no beneficiary be precluded from sufficient and fair access to funding due to limited EU resources, in particular as regards the policy area of institution-building; 3. fordert die Kommission auf, die für jeden Em

...[+++]igen Aufteilung der verfügbaren Mittel zur Folge hat, und (c) infolge der vorgeschlagenen Änderung des neuen Instruments und der Abschaffung der Unterscheidung der Länder nach ihrem Kandidatenstatus werden mehr Länder Zugang zu Finanzmitteln in den Politikbereichen mit Schwerpunkt sozioökonomischer Entwicklung haben, die früher Ländern mit Kandidatenstatus vorbehalten waren; empfiehlt in diesem Zusammenhang, dass keinem Empfänger aufgrund der Knappheit von EU-Mitteln ein angemessener und fairer Zugang zu Finanzmitteln – insbesondere im Politikbereich Aufbau von Institutionen – vorenthalten wird;
