(81) The concept of equipment does not refer to physical objects which are either supplied by the provider to the client or become part of a physical object as a result of the service activity, such as building materials or spare parts, or which are consumed or left in situ in the course of the service provision, such as combustible fuels, explosives, fireworks, pesticides, poisons or medicines.
(81) Der Begriff der Ausrüstungsgegenstände bezieht sich nicht auf materielle Gegenstände, die entweder vom Dienstleistungserbringer an den -empfänger geliefert werden oder die – wie beispielsweise Baustoffe oder Ersatzteile – aufgrund der Dienstleistungstätigkeit Teil eines materiellen Gegenstands werden oder – wie beispielsweise Brennstoffe, Sprengstoffe, pyrotechnische Erzeugnisse, Pestizide, Giftstoffe oder Arzneimittel – im Zuge der Erbringung der Dienstleistung verbraucht oder vor Ort belassen werden.
